Alinna: Located on the Shorelines of Chalk Sound National Park in Turks and Caicos Islands

Located on the shoreline of Chalk Sound National Park, Villa Alinna stands as a testament to tranquility.

Like a treasure chest, this villa lies stowed away on the island’s coastline sheltered by palms for cover and intertwined with nature.

A guest house greets you first as you descend down the drive. Up the stairs, and the treasure is revealed. A view of distant cays in cyan waters.

Further down and under the large palms, a solid wooden door with a sliver of a view.

Stepping through the threshold, a symphony of textures and fine home furnishings. The cool tile floors offer a refreshing contrast to the warmth of the sun-kissed air.

The home sits on the hillside and offers an expansive outdoor space that stretches from the home to the water’s edge.

An uncomplicated, open concept offers a spectacular view of islands that dot the turquoise waters.

Guest suites offer their own private escapes.

The suite’s outdoor terrace, adorned with comfortable loungers and shaded alcoves, offers a sanctuary for relaxation and contemplation. Guests can easily slip into a state of peaceful bliss.

Then there is Alinna’s pièce de résistance – the pool and surrounding deck. Shaded by giant palms, this outdoor space will be hard to leave.

Meandering pathways lead to the water’s edge, an open air patio and a deck with a hammock.

The mature foliage looms overhead – robust yet meticulously maintained.

In the evenings, as the sun sets over the horizon, Alinna Villa transforms into a spectacle of light and shadow. The soft glow of outdoor lighting and sun’s glow illuminates the outdoor space.

And be prepared to be amazed.
