430 Floating Mill Rd, Silver Point, Tennessee
Local tip: The water level does fluctuate on the lake so at times, this area is either widely exposed or mostly underwater. Because the bank is sandy, it’s easy to sink into so it’s not exactly a landing pad or camping area. It is nice to see though! It makes a great area for paddle boards, kayaks and canoes because of the wide open lay of this area. A short paddle and usually not a lot of wake from passing boats. It’s a great place to float or anchor down because of the panoramic view.
